Quality Management
- Dimensional Checking of every production run is carried out every hour and are stored
in a tray (with identification / reference no.) for further checking after 24 hours to
identify the shrinkage variation. ( Dimensional Testing is carried out using digital vernier)
- Physical Leakage Testing: Every hour machine-wise and also after 24 hours shrinkage.
- Process of testing: Bottle filled with normal water, duly plugged and capped. Finally,
placed into leakage testing apparatus.
- Create social awareness among the staff regarding their direct involvement to offer
services for human health and welfare.
